RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS ON PERSONALISED ITEMS

  1. Due to the personalised nature of some of our collections we do not offer any refunds or returns.

  2. Items are delivered only after customer approval.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGE ON NON-PERSONALISED ITEMS

  1. The return of non-customised items must be in a condition allowing it to be resold as new including being unused and in its original packaging.

  2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches Birds & Dandelions. We recommend that you send the item using a traceable mailing method and that you retain proof of posting. Please notify us first via sales@birdsanddandelions.com before sending the item back. All postage costs for returned items are at the customer’s expense.  

  3. If the returned item is received in accordance with the above requirements, we will issue a full refund but less the original delivery charge, less any payment charges, and less the amount of any discount. Alternatively, if you prefer, it may be possible to exchange the item. 

  

RETURNS ON DAMAGED PERSONALISED ITEMS

At Birds & Dandelions, we understand things can go wrong and we are here to help following below conditions.

  1. We only replace items that are damaged or defective on arrival.

  2. All items are quality checked and photographed before being packaged and dispatched to ensure they are free of any defects.

  3. Should you received an item damaged or broken, do not remove it from the packaging.

  4. Take photographs of the front and the back of the package and email them to us within 48 hours of receipt via sales@birdsanddandelions.com

  5. We will issue a full refund but less the original delivery charge, less any payment charges, and less the amount of any discount. Alternatively, if you prefer, it may be possible to replace the item.
